Emergency Assistance
This program primarily helps with partial payment of utilities to avoid disconnection of service and rent to prevent eviction when the family has undergone a verifiable crisis situation. Some help with medicine may be available. Eligibility guidelines and limits apply. We also provide toiletry kits, baby layettes, vouchers for clothing, household items and furniture, emergency food supplies, and school supplies for our neighbors referred to us by other local assistance agencies. Applicants must bring proof of household income and expenditures, social security cards and birth dates of all adults in the home and proof of guardianship of all children in the home.
